Plenty of teams that would pay to dump contracts. Just look at the Canadian franchises. These AGM are full of the same 3-4 cap dumps per team. Guys with term Foegele, Armia, Barrie, Schmidt, Murray, Gallagher, Myers, OEL, Pearson, Poolman, Zaitzev
