I gotta be honest -- taking out Bourgault and Comtois seems fairer. Right now, the former's trade value is higher than the latter's. And you still may not be getting enough value for Puljujarvi, even if he's close to a cap dump by now.

I don't think the Hawks do this. A late 1st doesn't get Toews and almost $6m in cap relief for next season.
