Seattle should absolutely not give up any of their 1st round picks for at least their first 5 years. Need to stock the cupboards with quality prospects.

I don't know that Martin Jones moves the needle for the Pens, but having him as another backup probably doesn't hurt. You'd likely have to either retain or take back someone like Heinen for the Pens to make the cap work.
