I like COL as a fit for TVR a lot. Caps probably move him for a 3rd

I do not want to see Parise trying to keep up to the Avs pace of play.

Parise in his heyday might have been a fit, but as MeetYourMakar says, now I'm not sure he'd keep up. Bonino if my recollection is correct has been mentioned before or that may have been last year. Not the worst shout if the price is right, and TVR would probably be a decent fit but expensive (in trade cost) for a 6/7D. Especially if they're lookig for a 3rd as qc14 says.
