He played in Ottawa and I recall him saying he enjoyed it there except for one prick of a teammate that caused him grief. Maybe he would consider Wpg if Meier was willing to go with him??? Winnipeg has alot of young European talent coming up through the system that might entice him to come like forwards Gustafsson, Stenlund, Jonsson-Fjallby, Ehlers, Maenalanen, Lambert, Torgersson, Nikkanen, Reichel, defencemen Salomonsson, Heinola, Lundmark, Kuzmin, Gawanke, and goalies Salminen, and Holm. He and Meier would make great role models for all these guys.
