2nd round pick is supposed to go to the Blues

Mindset: for some reason Krug is linked to Vegas. Martinez out for cap, Whitecloud to the Blues since he can be a big physical presence on the Blue line.
Martinez to EDM since they need D. Pujli, Yama to make cap work and fit the range of 23-26 Army wants to retool. Could sign cheap "prove-it" contracts at their conclusion. Broberg added for youth (could've been Bouchard as well). Personally I haven't watched Broberg or Bouchard this year so I'm not sure whos better and what their value is.

This trade was just sparked by the concept of Krug linked to Vegas. This is by no means a final trade option, just more to get an idea of overall values of some of these players and further come up with ideas for other potential trades

Looks like both have had solid seasons (broberg and bouchard), but bouchard could be more likely. May result instead of the blues getting the 2nd, the oilers get a pick instead (probably not a 2nd)

I find that link hard to believe, and getting this kind of haul for Krug downright fantastical. The Blues would kick a unicorn in the balls for half that return.
