I don't see the Caps accepting, don't think they want the two extra years associated with Ceci.

Caps are not entering a full rebuild, they are punting this year by the looks of things. They will reload and go for it again next year, Ceci is a decent 2nd-3rd pair RHD.
EDM just needs a different stylistic player to pair with Nurse imo.

Yeah, for some reason I thought he only had 1 more year on his deal...caps probably don't accept because of that extra year.
