They'll re-sign him for less than $1M. Bouch can easily project to a top 4D. Maybe downgrade it to a 3/4, but the deal is fair.

Why are we trading Bouch for a player we essentially have 3 of in our system already?

I might be missing some unknown knowledge that Bordeleau is an absolute beauty but he seems like a fairly weird get for Edmonton.
