I love Olofsson, but I wouldn’t do this deal. The value is fine, however, Nino is one of the few pieces that we could actually move for significant draft capital. I’d rather do that and just acquire Olofsson with a 2nd round pick and a prospect or something

Agreed. I'd rather retain half his salary for this year and next and flip him for closer to a first.
If we're re-tooling, Olofsson doesn't really help us.
