I think Saros is untouchable unless they get an insane offer that they feel is heavily in their favour. It’d probably have to be something like those 2 first round picks (both will be in the 24th-32nd overall range), Matthew Knies, and maybe another small asset. But I bet the Leafs would win the cup with a healthy Saros : )
