hmm, I think they aren't sure about Meyers (poor play) or Helm (injury). Even with Meyers healthy, he's bounced to the AHL a bit and Avs have played with 11 F. Eller would be 4C

How was Eller been? I've heard he really slowed down.

a 2nd seems high for a guy who could be mixed on line 4 when the team is healthy

How was Eller been? I've heard he really slowed down.


It's been a struggle the last 1&1/2 to 2 years for Eller. He's been completely invisible at 5v5, has seen a drop in play on PK (not a horrible drop, he's still effective but a drop none the less), and his best asset right now is his faceoffs. I think he has potential to be better in Colorado's system but I don't know if I'd be confident in a return to 2018 form.
