You suck at trades too if you think WPG gives up a 1st with PLD... and just before a potential playoff run at that.

Sir the Flyers are giving up the First and a top 4 D-man with 8 years left on his contract for 2 RFAs

PLD doesn't wanna stay and is an RFA, he'll most likely hold out anyways. Winnipeg should cash in now

Lol, my bad, for some reason I thought PHI was getting a 1st?? Might help to actually read, huh? Anyway, no. PLD stays for the (potential) playoff run. I'd do it at the draft to keep PLD from going to MTL tho awesome face

Edit: Oh sh*t, Torts is in PHI. Wow, that would be something if PLD ended up back with him.

A bad contract on an unneeded LHD and a first doesn't get Dubois now obviously. It also doesn't work for Winnipeg if you intend this on being in the summer.

The Jets don't need more money on defense, especially an LHD.
