Lets say Pionk = Weegar (although I think Weegar is better), the rest is not enough for Lindholm. You're trading for a first line center that costs under $5m with another year of control.

2023 1st, A/+ Prospect, mid line roster player and a 2nd would be the ask imo, so you're missing 2 pieces.
