He was a fan favorite in NJ. It might be an overpay - but you have to give to get :-D

Oh I would be all over this. I love Coleman, think he is one of the best in the league at what he does but this would be a great deal for both sides I think.

Coleman would be a great addition.
I don't think Sharangovich would be a trade chip if CGY and NJD were up to something.

Also, remember Fitzy traded Coleman when his wife was like 8 months pregnant. He may not be so quick to waive his NTC.

I'm not so sure Coleman is worth the cap hit. There are guys with better contracts we can target so we don't end up with a squeeze when Mercer needs a new deal.
