The Yotes have been adding cap with lower actual salary, Price and Gallagher's contracts do not fit that pattern since both their salaries are equal to or greater than their cap hits for the duration of their contracts.

He's gonna get pissed seeing half the mass is on LTIR and never being able to contend cause he plays with 50% an AHL team.
