I envision something more like Makar with Girard. What's funny with the Avs is every so often, when they aren't dominating, the top guys will get stuck in their own zone for an entire shift. But once the puck is on their stick, it's usually game over. Call me an optimist, bc I see more good than bad with Hughes/Karlsson

Oh I absolutely think it'd be entertaining to watch. Goals for and/or against every shift (More for than against though!). I feel like Toews plays the majority of the time with Makar though, no? Could be completely wrong though!

I'd be curious to see how it works...Feels like it'd be the equivalent of having 5 James Harden's on the floor at the same time...One of them is always going to have the puck, while the other 4 stand around aimlessly waiting to potentially get it. Maybe not though-maybe they'd played off of each other.

Either way, I like the idea of it to energize Vancouver fans.
