2-3 Years away from being 2-3 Years away

Description
#6 - Zachary Benson - Benson is a beast, he's undersized but very smart with a burst of speed and forechecks verywell, he's a finesse player that also is defensively responsible. Plays a similar game to Marner.

#25 - Quentin Musty - Musty is a little raw of a prospect I think there is some refining that could be done to his game, but he shows flashes of being a fun player. If he can use his size to his full advantage and continue to improve other parts of his game I see no reason he can't be an NHL contributer.

This is in 2024, He is skating currently but I totally expect him to call it quits eventually unfortunately. Either way I left the cap for him to play again if he comes back and is healthy and playing well, I wonder about Morgan Frost or even Couts if he's back to form possibly getting traded.

I think you are being very optimistic on those returns. Too much $$$ or term for teams to be giving up futures.

I doubt Winnipeg adds to make a lateral at best move and swap a RHD for a LHD they don't need.

I'm thinking Frost could be traded. I will ask him if he likes Philly lol. ( I live down the street from him )

That's sick. He's one of my favorite players I really prefer not to trade him but he kinda needs to prove he can be a consistent 2C because Flyers have so many tweener players, and they don't know how to handle pure playmakers so he feels like an odd man out.

I love Frosty too. I agree especially if Couts comes back. I hope Briere can handle him correctly.
I'm honestly really lucky that I live near him I find pucks everywhere for free

Hayes was linked to CBJ, they have desperate need a Center better than a 3C or tweener 2C. Hayes has the BC Connection w/Gaudreau and has been a consistent 60 Point pace player, and has played PK most of his career. Him @5m the next few years seems very fair imo, if not Flyers could retain more theoreticallly.

Roslovic and CBJ feel like their headed towards a divorce, I don't think he has much value @4Million because he's slightly overpaid imo and set to be a UFA, This also creates the space to adress other needs this offseason for Columbus.
      --
Sanheim has been an analytical darling for a few years, his term isnt ideal but he is still 26. He's a clear upgrade on Pionk imo, who is a complete liability defensively, has a few years still on just slightly less of an AAV. WPJ has also been linked to trading for another Dman.
      ---

Maybe slightly optimistic but very feels like a stretch.
