I wonder if there’s a trade that you ship some of that term away, help the bottom out short term, and also either enhance returns or similar returns. Entice montreal with coutiere possibly or sanheim to Winnipeg maybe.

Interesting, not sure San Jose does it though with how far off they are from competing. Hart has also had one good year and has been very average since
