Description

If what Bettman says is true and the cap actually does go up the 4.5 this year. Avs could run it back, preferably a bit healthier next year. Newhook and Byram could be signed less for a one year deal or more on a long term deal. I think the front office still wants to see more from both of them though.

I think Eller as he gets more and more comfortable could be a great addition to the team both in the locker room and on the ice, something this front office prides itself with.

Avs could sign a couple ptos as well, like Drouin and other guys looking to prove themselves.

Why would you want Drouin? If they didn't switch ends of the rink his skates would never touch half the ice.

Only said him because of his connections with Mackinnon, sub him out with any vet looking for one more SC win or guy looking to prove himself though

This is only possible if the cap rise 3.5 million more than expected, if not I don't think they can afford Rodrigues or more than one year for Bo or Newhook.
