LA trade makes sense, but why do the NJ one? I doubt they let us get our first choice. I also don't think what Philly should do is put Coots on the 4th line and Raffl/Read in the top-9

I prefer Hischier over Patrick and Hextall has drafted over sea's talent before. New Jersey is also in talks of trading down, might as well move down one spot and gain extra picks for capital. Coots is a great defensive player but offensively is inconsistent in their system. It can change because of the flexibility of their other forwards.

if NJD trades down, it is out of the top 2 so they can take a defenseman. Coots is a 3rd line center, not a 4th liner

dude please tell me why New Jersey would even think about that trade...A fourth and and seventh round pick make no difference..plus its a rival club. New Jersey hangs up phone immediately and laughs their asses off

inconsistent in the system? He leads the team in 5v5 scoring for the last two years. Look up a little more info on coots before posting fake news. He's a 2C/3C easily - especially on this team.
