Jake Evans would have trouble replacing Jaret Anderson-Dolan as our 14th forward, so his value is equivalent to Sean Walker's, at the most.

The 2023 third is worth more than the 2023 fifth and the future fourth.

That means you're valuing Alex Iafallo and Viktor Arvidsson (WITH retention!!) as equal to this year's first, which is just silly, never mind the fact that any transaction for the Kings this off-season would have to be effectively cap-neutral, not more than $6 million negative.

Winnipeg says no to the 1st trade.

Winnipeg isn't moving their 1st in the 2nd trade and no one wants Evans.

Winnipeg has no reason to overpay for a backup goalie.
