Let’s say… Optimistic.

Anthony Mantha is NOT getting Teuvo Terevainen. He’s not getting that. I am super high on Teuvo.

Mantha has played awful. He’s basically a cap dump at this point. Teuvo I think could return a 2nd and decent prospect, if not more.

Canes pass. Why would they do this? At their best, Teuvo is better offensively. Even now, Teuvo is better defensively than Mantha is at his best. Teuvo's base production is better. Teuvo's contract is better. Why would Carolina do this?
