Description

Bob has to be bought out or traded somehow next year, but this will work for now. This team is in serious trouble with so many hitting UFA along with Lundell and Luostarinen seeking extensions. Not to mention the Hanifin and Neiderreiter in this scenario.

Calgary can't take on cap so they pass. I think Florida would be stupid to trade Bennett. Their center depth if Barkov gets hurt again would be bottom 5 in the league

I suppose my idea is giving Lundell more room to grow and also Luostarinen to take 3C.

While i agree. I wouldn’t trade him for that package but they’ve been playing without bennett for the last 10 games and they’ve played their best hockey. I’d trade him for girard or for toews or someone similar. But he’s cheap and he’s good so I’ll keep him if we need it.
