not sure canes would be able to say no to that. Burns years are numbered at 38. Marco Rossi is a interesting prospect with high high upside

No motivation to trade 60 point Burns with these pieces, then add in retention. Rossi is the only good piece but its not worth it

I know... I'd just like to see Burns come back to the team that drafted him, and maybe Carolina wants a few more skilled Euro centers on discount deals

Its a pretty easy no. Granlund is cooked and has little value, a meh 2nd rounder, and a good prospect. Thats fine rental deal but he isn’t a rental

Sabres are not really looking for spare parts for Mitts. I think they would be interested in Foligno, but would rather just give the Wild a 3rd to get him.
