Description
Somehow Caps have the perfect offseason where absolutely everything breaks right for them:

-They win the lottery
-Backy and Oshie retire
-WPG move Dubois to MTL leaving an open spot for Kuz, who for some reason, doesn't have WPG on his 10 no trade list.
-NJD doesn't want to pay Bratt and they owe Caps for Siegenthaler so they get a good deal.
-PHI doesn't like Sanheim for some reason so they take on Mantha (who I really like) for 1 year

Why would the Devils trade Bratt for futures? Even if he refuses a long term deal they would try to get a player of similar value (DeBrincat)

Ovi is a bad idea. He's old and expensive, we want young and cost effective.

Because WPG is terribly run and will need a center if PLD is moved. But it won't even happen because Kuz most likely has WPG on his no trade list.
