Like I said in the Pittsburgh one, if Calgary is trading a goalie, its Vladar. Markstrom will mentor Wolf in the NHL

No he's not going to Arizona. I'm a Flames fan. We need leadership and someone who knows how to be a good goalie to mentor Wolf

I mean the blues trade doesn't make sense for them. Parayko is still their best defensemen. Getting rid of him just leaves a huge hole and we aren't really getting back any pieces to help us get his replacement

Yeah but they don't have that many assets. They would need to find a #1 RHD and add a top 4 LHD as well. Getting fischer, a late 2nd and a 3rd isn't going to help us acquire 2 more top 4 defensemen. Like I said, any Parayko trade include a younger defensemen on the come up or enough assets in which to get another top 4 defensemen. This package does neither so it is not a good trade for the blues. Our defense already sucks and removing the best one makes it even worse

Minnesota says no way. They are using Faber to replace Matt Dumba and Danila Yurov is a coveted prospect they see in the lineup in like 2 years. Plus, no way they take on 4.5M contract with currently $8 million left to sign like 4F, 1D and 1G.

Minnesota needs to get away from their current formula. It's the same formula for like 15 years that just makes average teams that always get knocked out first round. The Mild indeed.
