Wild 2023_2024

Created by: Brawdyll
Team: 2023-24 Minnesota Wild
Initial Creation Date: May 2, 2023
Published: May 2, 2023
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Realistic look at what the roster could look like next year. Biggest question mark is what D-man 5,6,7 look like. I dont think Addison gets brought back but he may be cheap and a bridge for a year. Including Rossi as the only call up from Iowa to fill one of the forward spots, but could see Beckman also being included if he has a good camp and maybe Rossi needs time or doesn't play well.

penguins aren't going to be an intermediary on this lol. Does nothing for them, specially considering there won't be a huge market, if any for 38yr old Goligoski.

Goose declines to waive. He’s from Minny and got the NMC so he could play & retire at home.

That is exactly why in the details I said "This move is to get Goligoski off the books and move him to a place he will play more. Pittsburgh is not the final destination" and said the Pens aren't his final resting spot but just someone to take his contract on and where he could play.

I think you are underestimating his want to play. He was already going to move it this year at the deadline to play. But he was scratched 36 times this year and 6 in the playoffs. If he can go play somewhere vs sitting on the bench and retiring, I'm more than confident he would do that.

Well, if that's the case, it certainly wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong about a hockey-related matter. After all, I had Boston and Colorado winning in the first round.
