As a Leaf supporter, I was looking forward to next years entry draft. But with the Pens not able to acquire Franson, it appears the Pens won't make the playoffs. Pittsburg keeps the first rounder in 2016.

I agree with you palhal, I don't think they will make the playoffs, even if they had franson... Just not a super depth team, the la kings and Boston Bruins of last year

"Pens won't make the playoffs". Yet their roster is VASTLY improved from the squad last year that did make the playoffs. Where is your logic Pal?
