The trade doesn’t move the needle either which way, plus you’re forfeiting a 3rd and a 4th as a rebuilding team to get back a 5th? Nah… I’d rather keep our assets

Why would the Jets want a 28 year old ahl defenseman? If the Canadians are actually trying to get this ohl goalie, that means they see something specific there and the price will be high. Winnipeg has no incentive to move a 19 year old prospect after a great year.
