This team fights for a playoff spot especially with Barre-Boulet playing top 6 there is a reason 31 other teams have passed on him and his league minimum contract multiple times over the last 2 seasons

Lol, they passed on him last year. It's a whole different year.now, and ABB just finished 2nd in points in the AHL. Furthermore, the Crunch coaching staff believes he has taken a big step forward this past season. Maybe he's top 6, maybe not, but he's more than showed he's at the top of the list for Syracuse players getting the promotion(which Tampa will need 1 or 2 of next season).

Xhekaj will cost you way more than that, he is not leaving Montreal. You can have rem Pitlick for free.

Don't really care about Pitlick, and Fleury doesn't have any value for the Habs. So it pretty much comes down to Xhekaj and a 3rd for Colton and 7th for me...

    Habs pass.

He's a f***ING AHLer as someone else said about him he the Modern day Bruce Buodreau. 31 teams have passed on him and his league minimum contract on multiple occasions for a reason. I get it your smarter than 31 NHL Franchises management 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅🐴😅😅🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

He's played 32 total NHL games, and by all accounts he's improved his game considerable this past year in the AHL. He's getting another shot with Tampa almost assuredly. His contract is dirt cheap this year, and he's done what he needs to atvthe AHL level to get that opportunity. Your bias against him is funny though. Gourde was nothing special either his 1st 20 something games with Tampa, guess they should've kept him in the minors too....ABB will get one more chance to make it work in Tampa next season.

Never said I was. You're pitifully hung up on this, "he went unclaimed one time omg he's not NHL caliber!"narrative. I'll stand by my more recent stats and facts on him, and you can keep screaming.

At least you don't have Barre-Boulet in the top 6 like some on here 👍

ABB is the modern Bruce Boudreau. Great AHL player.

    He is absolutely correct

Its clear from this comment you dont understand how the NHL and AHL works.

If you are over the age of 23 and are in the top 10 in scoring in the AHL you are a pure AHLer because NOBODOY wants you in the NHL so you played in the ahl all year

And it's clear you don't understand how player development in Tampa usually works. See, I cam be as condescending as you, isn't that great! Many players have been slowly brought up, no different with ABB. He may not make it in the NHL, but he'll get another opportunity. He's far from some pigeonholed AHL career player yet, with all of a 32 game sample size.

Well, you would know a lot about being wrong on here. You've posted absolutely nothing of substanve to support ABB being notba top 6 or decent contributor mextbyear, exceptnfprnthe everybthread l, "he was waived and not claimed, Tampa's a bubble team at best if hes top 6." Same tripe, over and over. Have anything of substance to say, or as with 99% of your posts on here, just more juvenile screaming rants and pathetic attacks.

It was less annoying when you were on ignore as you're nothing but an antagonistic A-hole. See ya How does anyone read that friggin incoherent garbage you typed here?

He's gonna be 26 in less than 3 weeks if he were 21-24 you might have a reasonable argument but he's Friggin 26 and last year 31 teams passed for free the year before 31 passed for free multiple times. So logic (a concept you clearly have no understanding of) would say he's an AHLer but you're smarter than 31 NHL teams management and scouting staffs 🙄🙄🙄

....he is exactly a pigeonedholed ahler he is probably the most sterotypical career ahler there is.

A undersized player lacking physical tools and defensive game whos not productive enough at the next level.
