Don't want Kadri back - Leafs keep O'Reilly at 4.5

I don’t have a problem with this

Okay, maybe add a sweetener coming back from CLB (Peeke & Bean are only worth 3rd Round Picks atm). Olivier (ideal for Grit & Toughness) or Bemstrom coming back as well would be nice

We need a 2nd & 3rd added to Hanifin for sending him with an extension. Nylander’s value is a big ? Because of his injury history, specifically with his knees

Both Bemstrom & Nylander or Duehr likely beat Phillips out for that 3RW spot

Kuznetsov’s a big gamble and not worth Toffoli atm, but I guess we’d need a Centre if Lindholm got moved

Love the idea of moving Kadri to TOR, but I doubt they do, unless it’s for Tavares

We're on the same page. I didn't poach any prospects of value from the blue jackets because I know the perception is that the 3rd overall pick is worth so much more than the 5th overall. However, I think the 3rd overall pick is a bit of a log jam for Columbus. Leo has been playing LW and is the clear consensus for 3rd overall, but CBJ wants a strong top line center (of which their are many). Personally, I wish that Calgary had not "stood pat" at the deadline so they had more draft capital to work with here. Getting one (or two) of Will Smith, Oliver Moore, or Gabe Perreault would be a knockout win for Calgary IMO. However, I figured if we are trading Lindholm, there are a few years of retooling required.

I resigned Philips because he is a Calgary boy and never got a chance to play at the NHL level. It would be a popular move for the fans, and I wouldn't expect the above team to be a conference final team. I took Nylander because I figured it would incentivize his brother to resign, not necessarily because I wanted him as a prospect.

You're 100% on Kuznetsov. It's a serviceable top 2 center while the others develop and there was no need to have Toffoli and Mangiapane, so I picked the one with the higher trade value.

Thank you sir! A healthy dose of boredom, procrastination and a sprinkle of beer keeps them flowing!
