Description

Toronto needs to save money for the future. I would love to sign Bunting, but his new contract will prevent Nylander and Matthews from being renewed. The remaining money can be used to strengthen the team in the deadline, but this will be difficult to do, since there are very few draft picks left.

Nah, pay up properly. Doesn't matter that he is in LTIR, it helps you start accruing cap space and thats a benefit to you. We have numerous teams wanting us to take their cap and willing to pay for it.

This is unfortunately the harsh reality of the cap world. Us Hawks fans know all about it, just good to be on the other side for now.

Gotta admit. I never heard of Joe Miller before this ACGM. So good job for that! Hawks decline.
