I'm confused. Why would Colton only waive for the Blues? And why would you give him away for free?

Maroon would only waive for the blues and Colton would be payment for taking him. Maybe you add like a 4th rounder

Take 25k from the backup G
50k from Jeannot
25k from Perry

Is 34 year old killorn really going to uproot his life for a tiny bit more on the open market? I doubt it

3,350,000 x 5 with no tax. Who would offer more ?

Ahhhh. Had no idea Patty had an NTC. Umm it's a generous offer, but we'll have to see if the Blues can afford it

Maroon has a 16 team trade list. He's not only waiving for St. Louis
Giving Colton away for a 4 is absolutely brainless. Killorn gets way more over the last 4 seasons he's averaged 26.5 goals /82 and 29.3 assists/82 55.8 pts/82. Can play top PK/PP he's getting 5-6 per for 3-4 years easily. Just like Palat wasn't going anywhere last year🙄

Just give Colton away for nothing are you serious? A friggin 4th means nothing to TB. Colton over the last 2 seasons 1.14 goals per 60
Playing with 3/4th liners compared to say
Tavares. 1.12
Kubalik .9
Marchand 1.16
Panerin 1.00
He may be the most underrated player on CF.

Tampa wouldn't have to pay for someone to take Maroon. He has definitely declined, but the dude is physical and has 3 rings for only 1 mil. it's unlikely he waives to leave while on this contract, but Tampa certainly wouldn't have to pay to move him, let alone give away Colton for free lmao

Heh. He's also playing against 3rd/4th liners most of the time. You always kinda leave that part out.

A lot of time 3 rd liners are better defensively , but ok go with your garbage narrative

Are you being serious right now? Bottom 6'ers and 3rd pairings are considerably easier to play against than top 6ers and top pairings. In what world is that a "garbage narrative"? Dude, that's basic knowledge. Marchand and Panarin play against the hardest competition (and the latter is very much a passer anyway), AND play 19-20 minutes a night instead of 12, but you try to compare a cherry picked rate state as if that's some sort of proof. Sammy Blais, William Carrier and Michael Amadio all had more G/60 than Colton last season, does that make them better than him or something? No, of course not.

The thought process of not returning him came from the lightning not putting him in the top 6, not because I think he is not worth it. They made him play with Paul and Jeannot, I’m not sure how high you can be on a player when those are his linemates

Well Lw had Hagel and either Killorn, Stamkos or Cirelli.
Center had Point and Stamkos/Cirelli so it's more a statement of TB depth rather than the lack of trust.
Killorn isn't signing that cheap he like Palat last year is gone. Move on.
