Interesting trade concept. But not sure McCabe is a fit but it wouldn’t be something I would hate.

wouldn't mind this. Then again the Jackets could use both of these defenseman at the same time, swapping them won't help their situation much

I would do this easily. McCabe has to be one of the best fits in terms of skillset and contract length for CBJ's left side. CBJ need to find an RD who can play defense after that but LA has a bunch of players. Throw in Timmins and it gets a lot easier for us.
