Not in your wildest dreams will that trade happen lol the Flyers won’t help the Penguins with cap and take Carter when they got rid of him originally for a prospect drafted in the 7th round lol that’s comical

Doubt carters Waiving for anywhere at this point but I’d love it
I don’t know who stankoven is so I can’t judge the Guentzel trade
I think Wpg would ask for more for Ehlers but I wouldn’t give much more
Don’t really want to see engvall or Monahan on this team for now tho

I just think Monahan is a good buy low candidate. If we can get him extremely cheap and he stays healthy then that could be a win. Ehlers trade idk if it's exact but I think it's close. Stankoven is a great prospect that would immediately give us a great center in there system. And Carter that's just me being lazy, idrk what to do there.

Dallas isn't gonna do that. No way the Stars are giving up a top prospect and a first round pick for a guy who could literally leave next summer for nothing. Not to mention, we've got a ton of money tied up at LW already (Robo, Benn, Marchment) and are full at center (Hintz, Seguin, Johnston) too so can't push Benn into the middle. Not worth it. There's probably another team that is a better trade partner for Pittsburgh on Guentzel.
