All of these moves are entirely reasonable, although I've seen some Detroit guys insist that Bertuzzi starts at $6 million, but what makes you think that Matt Murray is going back on the LTIR list? He wasn't on it for the last two games of the playoffs.

Honestly, there's a good chance that he gets hurt in camp or fails his physical.

Detroit already offered Bertuzzi in the neighborhood of 4 x $6,000,000 and he said no. He's not signing that lousy offer on one of the oldest teams in the league. Pittsburgh window is as good as closed. highly unlikely Bertuzzi waste his time on that joke of a team.

I’ve seen this everywhere, but where’s the source? Also, is it not possible Bertuzzi just wants to play for a cup contending team?

Bertuzzi scored 8 goals this year, no shot will a team offer him at 6M.
