COL isn’t trading a 25yr old top 4 dman locked up for 4 more years for a a 30yr old center that scored 3 more pts. If COL wanted to do something that doesn’t make sense they could just keep Girard and sign Compher for the Pageau contract and not have a hole to fill.

Hawks decline. The only reason they'd want Bailey at all would be for the '24 2nd rounder that comes from taking his full cap hit.
