I'm going to assume you meant TB's first instead of CHI's first, but that's still too much for Chicago to give up to move while taking a cap dump. Kurashev is a nice, young two way player who isnt going to cost too much.

Scott Powers and Thomas Drance proposed something along the lines of :
VAN receives: 19OA
CHI receives: 11OA + Boeser or Garland (whichever cap dump is preferred)

Both of whom are very well connected in the league

Can't see the Hawks adding Kurashev. He's very highly regarded by Davidson and Richardson. Take him out and change the 1st to #19 instead of #1 and Hawks probably accept
