VAN says no. That deal MIGHT work if you replaced Rathbone and Garland with Myers, but VAN isn't dumping both of Boeser and Garland without dumping Myers and/or OEL first.

I don't see the Hawks doing either of these. As has been mentioned before, a team in the beginning of a rebuild doesn't trade 4 2nd round picks in a strong draft for that.

Dach falls in the category of not trading youth in a cap dump trade.
