Why is this unrealistic? I have not read much about Hanifin and how negotiations could go, but if he tells the Flames he is not interested in signing and would likely test the market, and the Flames are set on ensuring they get some assets, this is well within range.

If the flames are headed in the direction of a rebuild. This is the type of trades they would want to make. But I don’t think they are. Good offer though
