RNH just had a more productive season than Marner and Hughes and he's being paid 5M... yeah... FIVE million, NOT seven, and most certainly NOT TEN+.

Like seriously people, think. If RNH were going somewhere, the haul would be MASSIVE right now. Holland would be braindead to trade him off...

This thought may hold true if he can put another 100 pt season and you are likely right, his value is higher than it likely ever has been since his draft. That said he is 30 now and he previous best was season was 69 pts (in 12 seasons of play). His contract albeit is solid given today's contracts. I guess the better question would be, do the Oilers need more offense or defense and goal tending? Getting a the expected Vezna goalie winner this year and a D man that can play top 4 isn't a terrible haul for Huge.
