IF the jackets trade the 3OA, it would only be for a certified 1C with years on contract signed and still in their prime years. So in other words, they aren't moving this pick

I think this is the rare trade that is bad for both teams. Provorov in a vacuum is worth more than the pick upgrade cost, but also is nowhere near the worth of the pick alone. And the Flyers shouldn't be paying that much to move up, but getting volume assets for Prov if the market is there.
