Why would Anaheim, which won't come close to the playoffs in 2024, want one season of William Nylander -- who isn't re-signing with us -- even for free, let alone at the cost of our starting goaltender for the next four seasons?

Do Leaf fans really think they can trade the rights of Samsonov for BIG value, when its apparent they cant re-sign him themselves (until they move Murray one way or the other) and he can be had for free?
