Zegras and Fantilli probably switch positions

I do not think we bring in Stetcher

you see zegras getting more than terry? maybe similar to the caufield contract?

if Fantilli plays C then idk whether he'd be playing 1st line (Zegras-Fantilli-Terry) or second line (McTavish-Zegras-Terry/Vatrano-Fantilli-Henrique) which is my issue, because does it make sense giving him those responsibilites at a young age?

Stecher is just a guy who can play 3RD... if you have a better idea for who that could be LMK

Caulfield just got $7.85x7. Zegras is gonna ask $8x8 at the very least. I also think Terry asks for $7.5x7.

Z is probably going to get high 7 for 8 years. He's no Hughes who got an 8x8 so that's the contract ceiling, probably looking at around Caufields AAV, maybe 7.75.

Terry is probably getting around 50 million for 7 years, maybe a touch more.

Fantilli probably goes to San Diego for a season, maybe two. Incredible talent but also extremely raw.

I think any team looking to take Myers's cap on would want more than 2 mid rd picks.
Monahan's 6.4m cap cost the Flames a 1st to dump, Myers's should be closer to that.

Not really. Myers isn't coming off of 3 straight years with career threatning injuries. After his bonus is paid he only costs 1 mil in actually money and is a serviceable bottom 4 RHD for a cap floor team. Canucks don't even need to move Myers anyway as there really isn't any benefit if it costs us a lot
