Description
I think it's common to send a team's worst player to another team without considering that other team's intentions (or cap implications, etc.). So I went ahead and tried ACGMs for all 32 teams. Some turned out better than others, but I generally tried to respect team's philosophies as best as I understood them and also respect NMCs and NTCs. For the Coyotes, and their unfortunate arena situation, that meant playing the bank, accruing draft capital, trading two really good players, and praying to reach the cap floor while adding pieces who could be good trade deadline bait (Yamo, Olofsson, Hoffman, DeAngelo, and Monahan) while icing a team that isn't all PTOs and AHLers.

You traded too much for Oloffson and Hoffman and received too much for Keller. The latter trade is very close however.

My thinking on the Keller trade is that part of the value for the Blues is the Scandella dump. So I get that it could be an overpay!

Honestly getting Keller would be great for the blues but wingers aren't really a need for us. Our main weakness is defense so most likely the blues will try and improve that instead of trading for Keller

Keller can play center…instead of 24 1st though, I would say the Dal 1st this year. 2024 1st would need to have some conditions

He was drafted as a center and that’s where he played in college.

Ah ok, but he hasn't played center at all in the nhl. Many prospects are drafted as a center and moved to the wing once they got to the big league
