Calgary doesn't really get better now or in the future through this trade unless a 3rd team is involved flipping those assets. They have to shed D as it is and have too many wingers. The picks are all that really helps them.

That's not enough for both. If you remove Neighbors it may be about right for Hanifin though assuming they're wanting to move him. But at that juncture it doesn't clear alot of cap for them.

Or we do 25th overall + Neighbours for just Hanifin. And sign O’Reilly to a contract in free agency, after moving out Parayko, Faulk, or Leddy.
