not if you're moving up for michkov, you gotta remember that it's the caps who want to move up so if they really want a particular player, they're going to have to pay in between fair and overpay

No, because there's a decent difference in players available after 5. And Mantha is now a reclamation project at a high cap hit. The guy has yet to crack 50 points and stay healthy for an entire season. And the Habs don't have room for that cap hit unless they dump other stuff.

Well this is stupid. Washington isn’t going to add a future 1st to move up three spots. What a poor take.
