Description
Doing this for fun, plz respect we all have differents opinions.

Also with the first picks :

7th : David Reinbacher (not as high on him, but habs are indeed high on him)
22th : Either Andrew Cristall (he's gonna fall in the draft) or if he's not they're going Riley Heidt
29th : Daniil But (mix of Anderson but better?)
31th : Michael Hrabal (or Augustine) = best goaltender avaible

Trades
1.
MTL
  1. Dubois, Pierre-Luc [RFA Rights]
  2. Stanley, Logan [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
+ Oliver Kapanen
1rst 2024 is top 10 protected

Don't want to trade really for PLD, but if they do i could see something like that, just hoping they keep both the Fla pick (31rst likely) and their best prospect, wpg don't have much control on that
WPG
  1. Dvorak, Christian
  2. Hoffman, Mike
  3. 2023 2nd round pick (MTL)
  4. 2023 4th round pick (VGK)
  5. 2024 1st round pick (MTL)
Additional Details:
This is either that or only the fla pick + rosters players+ maybe kapanen

Value wise the 2023 habs 2nd is close to a late first, plus a first next year+ a fourth+a decent center prospect+ two roster players (which Wpg wants)
2.
MTL
  1. Murray, Matt
  2. Villeneuve, William
  3. 2023 1st round pick (BOS)
Additional Details:
Free first for a cap dump, why say no to that

Also Primeau doesn't have a spot in mtl and Stanley also doesn't have a spot, soo they dont need them
TOR
  1. Primeau, Cayden
  2. Stanley, Logan
  3. 2024 7th round pick (EDM)
Additional Details:
Cap dump on Murray cost a first to it, plus the fact that you're getting a replacement in Primeau and a depth young dman in Stanley cost you Vileneuve

It free's up a lot of cap space soo you can do things
3.
MTL
  1. Kiersted, Matt
  2. 2023 4th round pick (FLA)
  3. 2024 5th round pick (PHI)
4.
MTL
  1. 2023 6th round pick (VAN)
Additional Details:
Anyone
5.
MTL
  1. Seeler, Nick
  2. 2023 1st round pick (LAK)
  3. 2023 1st round pick (PHI)
Additional Details:
7th overall
22th overall
and a depth dman

trying this, just an swap pick idea, since the habs will not go for Michkov, its better to trade down and get annother first in a deep draft, at the price also of Harris (will probably get stuck on the depth chart eventually) and Norlinder
(interesting prospect but we're stack at ld)
PHI
  1. Harris, Jordan
  2. Norlinder, Mattias
  3. 2023 1st round pick (MTL)
Additional Details:
5th

You get a better pick + a solid young dman in Harris + an interesting D, i think walue is fair

Leafs pass, they're not giving up a good prospect and a first for cap dump and a 7th. We don't need Primeau and I'd prefer Villeneuve over Stanley.

I have almost no interest in trading up, but getting this is way too good for Philly to pass. MTL declines i assume

Flyers would take it, doubt Habs would want to move down though.

Agreed I don’t want to trade up with MTL. If we trade up I want to trade with CBJ or SJS to get Leo Carlsson but this is too good to pass up on

I don’t know to be honest, if we’re trading up to get Michkov then it depends on if we get another 1st over the next couple weeks. I want at least another top tier prospect coming in from this draft to help with the rebuild in the meantime while we wait for him to (hopefully) come over. Especially as insurance in case he doesnt come over.

If we don’t make any other moves and we are hoping for Michkov then I would stand pat and hope he falls to 7

If we’re going up to get will smith then I absolutely do this regardless of other moves the flyers make over the next couple weeks.

Btw the move up also means that the top 4 is : Bedard, Fantilli, Carlson and Smith, since habs biggest needs are both center and Rd, its better for them to moove down so they can take the player they want and not wasting a top 5 pick

I wasn't sure of the value, but i think it's a win win for both teams

Murray will cost at least a first for dumping that contract, Primeau is young and you will need depth goaltending since Murray is gone, I wasn't sure if you needed Stanley, but as a depth is good to have a big d for lets say the playoffs

wans't sure of Villeneuve value tho, maybe for annother prospect ( I know it wont be a guy like Minten but a decent enough prospect)

It's more the fact that the guys the habs wanted areeither gone already or will be avaible and we can take the risk of mooving down, because it's two spots it's at least the other first, but since i think the habs will need to overprice a bit to get that second i decided to add both dmans, I really like harris, but man the left side of habs defence is stacked (Guhle, Matheson, Xhekaj, Hutson, Trudeau, Struble, Engstrom, etc.)

The habs need RD and Elite Centers

I guess that was a no brainer for the flyers but the habs thats why

As long as the Flyers don't take Michkov I'm happy. Too many uncertainties for my likings, especially after the whole Fedotov debacle.

Leafs currently have Sammy, Woll, Hildeby, Petruzzelli, Peksa, akihatimov and possibly Källgren, they’re doing okay rn on goaltending

Just curious, who would you choose at 5th ov if the top 4 is Bedard, Fantilli, Carlsson and Smith?

I'm honestly wondering if samsonov will stay in toronto tbo, and all of the goaltenders you mentions only Woll and Kallgren has nhl experience, and only woll has decent numbers

maybe its not a good fit, but more of a backup plan, or if you really dont need him flip him right after

Probably Benson or Leonard. Michkov is definitely the best player available at that point, but after Fedotov I have no desire to gamble wih KHL transfers.

We're on the same boat here, but mtl will either go Reinbacher or one of Leonard and Benson

That's totally fair, I just think I'd prefer Hildeby over Primeau but not a terrible idea smile

Although I think it'd have to be a 5th or 6th minimum not a 7th, but that's only minor stuff.

Idk about Hidelby, Primeau has at least a bit of nhl experience, its more an depth situation
