enough people will comment on the bigger things here, so what I'll say is the RHP contract is ridiculous.
he had 35 good games, that's not worth 10million over 4 years.
give him a 2 year, 1.2-1.3 AAV and reassess later

WPG is probably going to get a better offer for Dubois than a player you don't want, a goalie who's never going to make it in the NHL, a 31st pick and a maybe 4th line winger. That's a bad offer.

No argument there, but NYR don't really need another undersized forward. They typically are more perimeter players that struggle in the playoffs when the game tightens up. Not only that, Beck and Othmann just finished up their junior careers together. Could lead to an easier transition for each of them.
