Vancouver declines and blocks all future calls. They're already paying top dollar to be a bad team in the league. No way they're going to pay top dollar, pay a player not to play for them, then give up 11th pick this year for 20th-30th pick next year in a weaker draft class plus take on a bust like Laf who Van will have to re-sign for more than the $2.45 mil they're eating on Garland
